At Rangi Ruru, what you see is what you get – an honest and real education that gives girls an edge. Often, girls have started at Rangi Ruru initially lacking in confidence and believing they have no special abilities, only to find themselves flourishing in this environment.
Our parents value education and many are prepared to make sacrifices to send their daughters here. Some need a little helping hand. Like all good families, the Rangi family has the opportunity to provide for the next generation.
Parents Chris and Ian Hunter were over the moon and very proud when their daughter Beth was awarded the first 125 Scholarship in 2015:
“The scholarship offers Beth so many opportunities that she wouldn’t have had otherwise. We love the school, the people and the environment. Rangi Ruru is a very special place”
The 125 Scholarship will be awarded annually to a Year 9 new entrant, who would be considered an All-Rounder and who exhibits strong values. It will contribute up to 50% fees for five years.
The growth of this fund will enable a number of young women to have the same influences and experiences that many have enjoyed.
Please help us to extend the Gibson sisters’ vision by assisting in the funding of this scholarship.
Thank you for your support.
