Rangi Ruru is a school with a proud history in rowing. We are looking for a special person to lead our Rowing team, someone who will manage and deliver all aspects of this exciting and successful area of the school and build on an already strong culture of excellence.
This role requires the ability to communicate well, to balance a hands-on role with a managerial one, to operate effective systems and procedures, and someone with an understanding of rowing and its infrastructure. Above all, we want someone with strong management, organisational and interpersonal skills who can build and maintain excellent relationships.
This position is 40 hours per week between 1st August and 30th April. The heaviest commitment is over the January to March period. Other skills can be taken into consideration and we are maintaining an open approach to this position and how it is structured.
