Each year the NZ Government offers Aspire Scholarships to New Zealand students entering Year 9 (or Year 10) in the following year. These scholarships are intended to provide assistance for low income New Zealand families towards the costs of private secondary schooling. Currently the Government will contribute up to $15,000 per year towards the fees of a private school for the duration of a student’s attendance at the school.
