As a Presbyterian school, Rangi Ruru embraces the Christian faith, but we cater for girls of all beliefs within our ecumenical approach. In keeping with our Christian tradition, regular church services are held in the school church, St Andrew's at Rangi Ruru.

Combined services and assemblies are held in the school church, and many are themed and led by members of the student body.

Girls are required to attend three regular combined services/assemblies per week and have opportunities to participate in a variety of ways. A weekly offering is collected and distributed to charities and to support people affected by national and international disasters.

There is an annual Year level service where families join their daughter in worship.
