Enrolling at Rangi Ruru
Our enrolment programme is well underway for the year. To learn more about Rangi Ruru you can arrange a time to visit our school, take a tour and meet some of our staff. Once an application for enrolment is received you may also like to take part in Experience Rangi which is an opportunity to be a ‘Rangi girl’ for half a day.
The Enrolment Process
In the year prior to beginning at Rangi Ruru, all pre-enrolled applicants are invited to meet with the Principal, Dr Sandra Hastie, or a member of the Senior Management Team. The purpose of these meetings is for us to:
- understand more about your daughter’s, and your, interests and expectations
- discuss what your daughter wishes to gain from the school and contribute to it
- answer any questions you may have about Rangi Ruru
It is very important to us that your daughter will enjoy attending Rangi Ruru and benefit from and be able to make the most of the opportunities offered here. It is on the basis of this interview that an offer for enrolment is made.
Interviews for places in Years 7, 8 and 9 are held from April with the first offer of places made at the end of June. Further interviews are held throughout the year. Interviews for any places available in Years 10, 11, 12 and 13 are held after August.
Visit the International Students page for specific enrolment information.
